Working together with patients and GP practices in your area to ensure that the right NHS services are in place to support youMore about your services
Our vision is to ensure that the people of North Leeds live in healthy and sustainable communities and experience a better quality of life. We want people to live full, active and independent lives, to live longer and be healthier. To achieve this, we want to work with local people and involve them in the decisions that we make.
We are led by GPs and nurses. We work together with patients, communities and GP practices in north Leeds to ensure that the right NHS services are in place to support people and help improve their health and wellbeing. We call this commissioning.
Making simple changes to your lifestyle could have a huge impact on your health and wellbeing and may help those around you also take greater care of their own health.
We are committed to being an open and transparent organisation, and to sharing our key policies, procedures and meeting minutes with you, making it easier for you to see how we work.
We want to ensure that you are kept up to date with the latest news, events and announcements from your local CCG.
